.Justin Bieber’s concert on March 12 at Lisbon, Portugal’s Pavilhao Atlantico has been canceled, according to Agence France-Presse and Portuguese music promoter Everything Is New. The show, which was to be the second of two Lisbon dates, was nixed due to “unforeseen circumstances” Everything Is New posted on its website on Saturday (March 9).
