The 2013 GRAMMY Awards nominations have been announced last night. And Justin Bieber is not in the list.

Justin has been vocal on his desire to win a Grammy. Working hard on new music and even releasing material that competes with current artists, it is a shocker that he wasn’t nominated in a major category. Add insult to injury, Carly Rae Jepsen has two Grammy nominations and she was introduced to the fans by Justin.
