Mariah Yeater Demands Justin Bieber to TAKE Another DNA Test

Mariah Yeater desperately wants a DNA test – just not the one Justin Bieber took last week, her lawyer claimed on Nov 23rd, reports NYdailynews.com

Mariah’s lawyer Jeffery Leving said …Mariah deserves the right to meet Justin with her baby and lawyers present and watch while he gets his cheek swabbed for DNA testing, he said.

“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Leving told the Daily News. “As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody.”

Leving said reps for Justin Bieber made a unilateral decision when they sent Justin for a test at a New Jersey laboratory last Friday.

“For me to feel comfortable, I want a member of my legal team in the room when Justin Bieber’s genetic fluid is sampled,” he said. “This case is unique in terms of media interest, celebrity and the amount of potential child support at issue. There could be motives on the parts of many different people to corrupt the evidence.”

In response to Mariah Yeater’s text messages, Leving believes text message attributed to Yeater that name another man “Robbie” as the possible baby-daddy were “spoofed.”

Bieber’s team told the media that Yeater is a fraud who’s trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame by drawing out the DNA test as long as possible.

Justin Bieber doesn’t Want to Meet Mariah Yeater! Ready for DNA test

Justin Bieber has been left stunned by Mariah Yeater’s lawsuit in which she has accused him of being the dad of her 4-month-old son and he insists he is ready to take a DNA test to prove he isn’t the tot’s parent, reports contactmusic.com

Justin said: “All this stuff is dealt with by my legal team. But if they want me to (take a paternity test) then I will.”

Justin also insists he would not “waste” his time meeting Yeater face-to-face and believes she has fabricated her claims for attention.

When asked what he would say to Mariah if he could meet her, he told Britain’s Star magazine: “Nothing, I wouldn’t waste my time . I guess (she’s done this) for attention, but it’s not something I am interested in. These people are not worth my thought or time.”

When Bieber – who is accused of having sex with the fan on October 25, 2010, following a performance at Los Angeles’ Staples Center – is proved to not be the baby’s father he insists Yeater will look like a fool.

When asked on whether he is worried his reputation is being damaged by Yeater’s claims, he said: “Not at all . When these people’s lies are eventually exposed, it’s them who end up looking bad not the artists . My fans, as always, have been great. I really can’t ever thank them enough for all the support they always show me. I really do think I have the best fans in the world – I could not ask for anything more.”

Justin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks when he returns to the United States to prove he is not Mariah Yeater’s baby daddy — and after that, Justin and his team are going after her in court … TMZ.com reported.

Justin Bieber is in Europe now so he can’t take the test until he returns … but he is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal.

Bieber’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater’s attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. According to TMZ, Justin and his team are so serious … they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one.

Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her.

Yeater’s lawyers appeared “nervous” when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater’s lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ’s calls.

Sources say Bieber and his team think it’s important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity.
