Justin Bieber swept the American Music Awards on Sunday, topping strong competition from Rihanna and Nicki Minaj, and sending newcomers British boybands One Direction and The Wanted home empty-handed. Justin Bieber had a big night Sunday at the American Music Awards: He rocked a velvet suit, performed “Mistletoe” and did a surprise “Shufflin” dance performance with LMFAO at the end of the show.
Oh yeah, and he lost the award . Bruno Mars beat out Justin in the Favorite Pop/Rock Male Category.
But Justin said, it’s all cool:
