On the evening of Friday (26) it was time for yet another country get the Believe Tour and feel a bit of hysteria of Bieber Fever. Fans waited anxiously in front of the hotel where Justin was staying, and ended up breaking one of the guardrails.

On the evening of Tuesday (16), Justin Bieber performed the first three shows of the Believe Tour in Telenor Arena, in Oslo, Norway.

Justin Bieber performed a concert with Believe Tour in Antwerp, Belgium. The Canadian singer rocked a crowd of more than 15,000 Beliebers in the second concert in Sportpaleis Arena , the crowd sang and entered into euphoria every performance.
