Mariah Yeater accused her ex-Boyfriend of fathering the same Baby Last year

Mariah Yeater, the woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child — originally accused her ex-boyfriend of being the daddy to the very same baby last year … this according to her ex-BF’s grandmother, TMZ.com reported.

TMZ spoke with Frances Lippe … saying Mariah Yeater had been dating her grandson John Terranova in Las Vegas toward the end of high school.

Lippe says Yeater came to their home in December 2010 and told Terranova she was pregnant with his child. He insisted he did not get her pregnant.

The two got into an argument and police were called … because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage.

Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window … and got into another altercation with Terranova … and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand.

Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas.

Lippe tells TMZ they never heard from Mariah Yeater again after the December altercation. 10 months later, Mariah surfaced … now claiming Bieber is the father. JB says it just ain’t true.

Mariah gave birth to a baby boy in San Diego on July 6 — she did not list a father on the birth certificate.

Mariah Yeater Could go to Jail for Molesting Justin Bieber Backstage!

Justin Bieber may not be able to ignore this “baby” scandal after all. The Los Angeles Police Department may look into the alleged backstage sex with Justin Bieber and Mariah Yeater, according to police commander, ABCNews reported.

While no report was taken in the October 2010 incident, authorities can still decide to investigate further into the matter, Commander Andrew Smith told The Associated Press.

Mariah Yeater, 20, filed a paternity suit against Bieber claiming that their backstage tryst at one of his L.A. concerts produced a baby boy name Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater.

Yeater, who was 19 at the time, claimed that she had a sexual encounter with Justin Bieber, who was 16 at the time.

According to California state law, “anyone who has unlawful sex with a minor and not more than three years older is guilty of a misdemeanor,” The Associated Press reported.

If convicted, the violation carries a one-year jail sentence. //Source:ABCnews

Justin Bieber asked to take DNA Test by Mariah Yeater’s Lawyers

Justin Bieber has been asked to undergo a DNA test to determine if he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby son, who claims she had sex with him on October 25, 2010, reported contactmusic.com

The 20-year-old woman claims her son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, who was born on July 6, was conceived when she had “unprotected sex” with the Biebs on October 25, 2010, following a performance at Los Angeles’ Staples Center.

Yeater’s lawyers Lance Rogers and Matthew Pare insists Justin Bieber to take parental responsibility.

They told Star magazine: “Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. The evidence will be revealed in court … She is not seeking exorbitant compensation. She merely requests that Justin Bieber provide a DNA sample to verify that he is the father of Mariah Yeater’s baby, and, if so, to help provide child support as required by California law … If Justin Bieber is willing to voluntarily undergo a paternity test Ms. Yeater welcomes such cooperation and will be happy to resolve this issue in a less public manner.”

Justin Bieber has ignored and denied he is the father of the almost four-month-old child, releasing a statement through his representatives saying: “It’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims.”

In her lawsuit, Yeater claims she was approached by one of Justin Bieber’s security guards at the concert and asked if she wanted to meet Justin and was then took backstage.

Yeater claims she and Bieber began to kiss and then on Bieber’s suggestion she went with him to a “private place” where he then told her “he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time” and they then had “brief” sex lasting only approximately 30 seconds“.

E!News has obtained the birth certificate filled out by Mariah Yeater, who claims that Justin Bieber is the father of her nearly 4-month-old baby son.

Justin Bieber’s camp has called Yeater’s paternity suit demanding that Justin Bieber take a DNA test “malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false.”
