Justin Bieber wants media to stop drawing attention to Mariah Yeater.
Mariah Yeater hit the headlines earlier this month after sensationally claiming Justin had impregnated her during a backstage romp for 30-seconds at one of his concerts in Staples Center, Los Angeles last year, Daily star reported.
Justin voluntarily took a DNA test on Friday, November 18 in a bid to put an end to the scandal and he wants the media to stop giving Yeater the spotlight.
“I didn’t have to do it (DNA test), I did it because I wanted to, I just wanted everything to be out in the open and be like, Listen, there’s no reason for this to even be a discussion. It shouldn’t even be a discussion. If I have to take it, if I don’t have to take it, I’m gonna take it just because, it just made sense,” he told the VIEW.
“I don’t even know if she’s gonna take it or not, I don’t even know… I’m not even paying attention. I think we`re bring too much attention to this girl who just wanted, you know, (fame),” he added.

Mariah’s lawyer Jeffery Leving said …Mariah deserves the right to meet Justin with her baby and lawyers present and watch while he gets his cheek swabbed for DNA testing, he said.
“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Leving told the Daily News. “As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody.”
Leving said reps for Justin Bieber made a unilateral decision when they sent Justin for a test at a New Jersey laboratory last Friday.
“For me to feel comfortable, I want a member of my legal team in the room when Justin Bieber’s genetic fluid is sampled,” he said. “This case is unique in terms of media interest, celebrity and the amount of potential child support at issue. There could be motives on the parts of many different people to corrupt the evidence.”
In response to Mariah Yeater’s text messages, Leving believes text message attributed to Yeater that name another man “Robbie” as the possible baby-daddy were “spoofed.”
Bieber’s team told the media that Yeater is a fraud who’s trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame by drawing out the DNA test as long as possible.
Justin Bieber took a DNA test on Friday in New Jersey to disprove Mariah Yeater’s claims that he’s the daddy of her son, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
According to TMZ, Justin took the test at a lab under “very controlled circumstances.” Now it’s Yeater’s turn to provide a DNA sample from her son Tristyn to see whether Justin’s DNA matches up.
Last week, Scooter Braun, told Extra that Bieber was “ready to take a paternity test, at any moment.”
The announcement was a surprise, since Bieber is not obligated to take the test. Yeater, 20, had claimed that she had sex with Bieber backstage at an L.A. concert in October 2010, but she dropped her paternity suit earlier this month.

“He’s ready to take a paternity test, at any moment. We have one scheduled for tomorrow,” Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, told Extra host Maria Menounos at Thursday’s Pencils of Promise charity event in L.A. Watch the interview.

I think it’s important to hold people accountable for their actions. We don’t want it to seem like its okay for everyone to say, like, ‘I had Justin’s baby or having his baby.’”
OMB.. the real baby daddy is Robbie!
Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama, Mariah Yeater sent a text message Wednesday to a friend, begging him to erase an incriminating text in which her mom says someone OTHER than Justin Bieber is the real baby daddy, and then promising to give him a cut of the action when she scores a payday, reports TMZ.com
The person to whom Mariah Yeater sent the text asked TMZ to blur his name — we’ll call him John. He has been in touch with Yeater regularly … even before the baby was born on July 6.
In the text, Mariah Yeater pleads for John to “ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom.” The text goes on to say that her mom sent John messages in the past, stating that baby Tristyn was fathered by Robbie — an ex-boyfriend.
She then goes on to talk about giving John money if he cooperates: “Ill kick u when we get paid.”
All of her texts end with Mariah Laci– Laci is Mariah Yeater’s middle name.
And TMZ has seen many other texts between Mariah and John. In one text, Mariah writes, “[John], would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son’s life?..” Apparently, Mariah forgot about this text, because she didn’t ask John to erase it.
Justin Bieber’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, tells TMZ, “This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story. Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never meet Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child’s father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media.”
Weitzman adds, “There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.” Source: TMZ
