Man who plotted to kidnap, Justin Bieber still threatening him from jail

Dana Martin , U.S. criminal who planned to kidnap, castrate and kill Justin Bieber , said he is still working on his plan to attack the singer to castrate him and sell his testicles, although his first attempt was stopped in December last year .
