In the “selfie” snapshot, Miley is rocking a flat-rimmed baseball hat, which, when paired with her short blond hair, kind of makes her a dead ringer for the Biebs! Could these two be twins or what? This isn’t the first time the starlet has looked a lot like the 18-year-old “Beauty and a Beat” singer.
